1. Scope of service

These terms govern the use of all software tools developed by MS AutoTrader, in particular the strategies and templates for NinjaTrader 8 included in the 5-Strategy Bundle and in the free group (hereinafter, “the Software”).

2. Educational and automation purpose only

The Software is provided strictly for educational and automation purposes. MS AutoTrader is not a financial advisor, is not registered with any financial regulatory authority and does not offer wealth management or investment advice.

The Software is a technical tool that executes instructions based on parameters configured by the User. The decision to trade and the configuration of those parameters are the sole responsibility of the User.

3. High-risk warning

Trading futures carries a significant level of risk. The User acknowledges that they may lose all or more than the capital deposited in their brokerage account.

Hypothetical versus real results. Backtest results are historical simulations and are not a guarantee of future performance. Live execution may differ materially from historical tests due to latency, commissions, spreads, slippage and market conditions. Hypothetical results have inherent limitations.

Liability. To the maximum extent permitted by law, MS AutoTrader, its developers and affiliates are not liable for direct or indirect financial losses resulting from use of the Software.

4. License and intellectual property

On purchase, the User is granted a personal, revocable and non-transferable license to use the Software with the activation key provided.

Prohibitions. Copying, distributing, reselling, renting, sharing license keys, reverse engineering or decompiling the Software is prohibited.

Breach. A violation of these terms may result in the termination of the license (activation key) without notice or refund. MS AutoTrader reserves the right to take legal action for infringement of intellectual property.

5. Technical and third-party limitations

MS AutoTrader does not guarantee uninterrupted operation of the Software, which depends on third-party platforms and services. We are not responsible for failures resulting from interruptions or errors in NinjaTrader; internet connectivity or VPS failures; data feeds; or policy changes or execution conditions of brokers and prop firms. It is the User's responsibility to confirm that automated trading is permitted by their broker or prop firm.

MS AutoTrader is an independent product and is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by NinjaTrader.

6. Free version

The free strategy offered in our free group is provided for backtesting and educational use. It does not include a license key and is not intended for live or simulated trading on a chart. Terms 2 to 5 and 10 apply to it.

7. Refund policy

Because the products are digital (downloadable software and immediate access through activation keys), all sales are final. Once files have been delivered or a license key issued, no refunds or cancellations are provided, except where the law of the User's country requires otherwise.

8. Updates, V1 customers and support

MS AutoTrader may update, modify or discontinue any product to improve functionality or adapt to technical changes. Customers of the previous V1 bundle may download the 5-Strategy Bundle (V2) at no additional cost through Whop.

Support is limited to installation and activation issues and does not include investment strategy consulting.

9. Service maintenance and inactivity

If an account remains inactive for six months or more, with no license validation attempts, support requests or usage, MS AutoTrader may suspend license validation, discontinue support, archive the license key or require reactivation. Accounts can be reactivated by contacting support with proof of purchase, at no additional fee.

10. Acceptance of agreement

Downloading, installing or activating any MS AutoTrader product constitutes full acceptance of these Terms and Conditions. The User declares to have read and understood the risks of trading and the technical operation of the tools provided.
